Dose not work. always setup, shows white light, but the app only shows weekly usage, anything below a week is always waiting on info. when reported it never is sorted, they just go over the same steps for setting up so it just continues.

3 weeks now I've had an issue with the Octopus app, states I'm a business user, so therefore I can not access the benefits. Emails back and forth to Octopus customer support. Uninstall and reinstall makes no difference. This is the only issue I've had with Octopus over the last 8yrs with them, but it's making me reconsider my energy supplier.
