The new app feature allows interaction with door stations via Intercom Cloud P2P, our cloud-based service. When this feature is used, the app and the door stations are not required to be connected to the same local network, as they are interacting with each other via the Internet.

Important note:
- It is recommended to use the latest versions of the firmware for door stations. In order to use Intercom Cloud P2P, it needs to be supported by the door station firmware.
- Android 8.1 or higher is required

Not working as intended

Hi ! The app works fine, but only if it is in 1st plan. If it is running in background it won't receive the calls from SIP ! Will be there a fix for this ?

The app is not working if cell phone is in sleep mode. Battery optimization is off for this app, but still stop working and receiving the calls.Generally is app OK and simple. You should solve working if cell phone is sleeping. Android 10. Is somewhere possibility to get source and make custom changes?
