Can't contact anyone about damaged new products bought from authorized retailers with lifetime warranty. Retailer refuses to honor anything and is abusive and scam artist. Products shipped to me and caught my house on fire...10k up in smoke because of bad transformer on new product.

App doesn't work. It's a scam just like your product. It only shows me the perfect face of some AI looking model and 3 dots on her face like it might open any minute. Samsung S21 5G, if I could sue you for ripping me off, I would. Apparently, you have the best lawyers and tech people who get all the bad reviews off digital media. No company as shady as yours has 4.3 star review. Apparently you can influence Google but Reddit is off limits. Read about Empire Tech and Mazal group there.

I was going for knee surgery and now I am thinking about not doing it and I just used in the red light and the heat and my knee pain is gone away and my wife's face looks like she's 20 years old again this is the real deal and it's not fake and very happy it's been wonderful things for both of us.
