Type in chrome://restart in the URL bar to restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to use option 1, or download the ZIP file instead.
In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded ISearch - Aggregated Search CRX file into the Extensions page
When prompted, click Add extension to install ISearch - Aggregated Search.

Install ZIP file

Download and unpack the ISearch - Aggregated Search ZIP file to a directory of your choice.
In Chrome browser, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode.
Click on the Load Unpacked button.
Select the directory of with the unpacked ISearch - Aggregated Search ZIP file from step 1. ISearch - Aggregated Search is now installed on your browser.
