Use Shift+Up or Shift+Down to jump between top-level comments.
Or, place your mouse over the box placed in the bottom-right corner and scroll between top-level comments using your mouse wheel. (The box can be disabled in the options.)

Gabe Williams, 2019-06-06Currently not working. Have tried on various reddit pages. Neither the keyboard shortcut nor the scroll option seems to be doing anything. If I can figure it out I'll give it 5 stars like I wanted to.

Kyle Ellis, 2015-12-13The keyboard combination to scroll between top comments still works but the mouse-scroll box does not. Reddit Comments Collapser is an alternative if you don't want to use the keyboard.
