Ficou ruim no Chrome Refresh 2023. As abas em segundo plano, os botões de adicionar guia e pesquisar guia, os botões de fechar, restaurar e minimizar e a mensagem de informação não combinaram com o branco dos outros elementos.

Best white theme!! However like the other user mentioned: each time a new tab is opened, the chrome screen flashes with cyan color and only then converts to white? Is this an issue and is it possible to fix that please?
