en According to the release notes of Pulse Secure Mobile, this app does not seem to be officially supported anymore. It still works in most standard implementations, but when it comes to specific features on the Connect Secure gateway like SAML authentication, it just fails to connect. Unfortunately the new version 22.x from Ivanti, which could probably solve the open issues, is not available here in the chrome web store.

en stopped working this morning, previously created connections that have been used for months now aren't listed by chrome. when i try to add them again, i get told it's a duplicate name any reason why connections would disappear and stop working without warning?

en The native ChromeOS PulseSecure client has not been updated in a long time and does not support 2-factor authentications (2fa). Users should install the android version from the Google Play Store. The android client is up-to-date and correctly supports 2fa. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.pulsesecure.pulsesecure

en It worked before. However, after the update was installed in the server side, it no longer works.

en Works perfectly. Remember your company has to have the server for you to use this and you have to use a Chromebook, e.g. ChromeOS.

en This was working fine until a recent ChromeOS update. Now it fails to connect. This is affecting all of our Chromebooks at the moment. Even tested with a newer VPN appliance to no avail.
