You can:

Ctrl + double click new words in English, German, French, Spanish, Russian and other languages to look them up and understand any content online. Note: use Alt + double click for Mac.

I wish it worked!

Excellent extension! So much easier to look up words directly in the browser now. Like it that for English words you get both transcriptions and recorded pronunciations. I also keep it open in a separate browser tab so it works as a normal dictionary! Used it for a few days now, very happy so far.
