infelizmente efetuei o pagamento pensando que essa ferramenta poderia solucionar meu problema. precisava exportar 74140 comentarios, porem toda vez que chega proximo de 50 mil comentarios o dawnload da erro e não baixa o arquivo com todos os comentarios.
