Scrawl is a Chrome extension called 'Scrawl' that enables you to easily draw on any webpage using excalidraw. It can be triggered with a keyboard shortcut and works on both regular web pages and PDF pages. The drawings created are saved locally and associated with the specific URL of the page. Customization options such as background blur and default keyboard shortcut are available.
