Quite tragic. Firstly, if you sign up with an organisational gMail account, it asks for unqualified access to you Google Drive. Of course, very few people are going to grant this.
Then I tried a free Gmail account, and this time the access was optional.
So now I proceed to test. All goes according to plan; QR code & link work - but no blockchain activity recorded after waiting 40 minutes thus far.
