It provides immediate spoken alerts for each chess move and annotation, offering an immersive and interactive online chess experience. Despite not being an original development of Chess.com, it adheres to all copyrights of the official Chess.com platform. Ideally, this extension offers an improved user experience by fixing the issues that the original Chess.com Voice Commentary could not tackle.

It doesn't even work

Can we have commentaries on move replays also? Would have loved it more if it had wider pool of voices to choose from. I want to hear girls reading me coordinates. Let there be Hatsune Miku!

I tried this extension today for the original voice extension is again not working after having tried everything. This extension works like a charm, and I was so happy to hear the moves again. There is also one shortcoming eliminated. The original voice extension only works (if at all) if piece notation is set to Text. But for this extension, this is not necessary. It also worked with piece notation set to Figurines, so not requiring this particular setup.
