المشكلات الأكثر تكراراً هي مشاكل تقنية وأمان وعدم التوافق. أغلب المستخدمين يذكرون أن التطبيق لا يفتح أو يتعطل بعد التحديثات، مع أخطاء تسجيل الدخول (مثل 907/707) وأعطال في الجلسة. كما هناك قلق من عدم دعم الأجهزة القديمة خصوصاً للمتقاعدين، إضافة إلى دواعي قلق حول الأمان وتدني جودة الخدمة. توجد إشارات قليلة لإيجابية متعلقة بوجود تحديثات جديدة، لكنها ليست كافية لتعويض التجربة السيئة العامة.
