Analytics are basic and not as useful as originally hoped. Paid for a 1 year plan. As it is now coming to a close I've decided to end it. The options are to either cancel the subscription immediately or pause the subscription. Although I have prepaid, I am unable to just stop payment at the end of the year. Pretty sure this is illegal. Warning to potential users to stay away.

Appears to be broken and unmaintained, consistent with other most recent review. Changelog shows that there haven't been software updates since early 2023

returning customer, my banner and side bar do not work, have been going back and forth with help desk, they are helpful but my subscription is running and i cant use it. its frustrating, i do like the app but i do not think they are taking me serious, i will try again after the holidays
