Most feedback is negative after the latest update. Repeated issues include a cluttered, ad-heavy redesign that hurts navigation, biometric/authentication problems, session re-logins, and payments/transactions failures with stability concerns. Recent reviews

The new version is garbage, and they're not planning on fixing it. It's slow, gives "technical error"s when you want to change anything on your accounts (so you have to go on their website), and your information is scattered in different areas of the app under ads, so not user intuitive at all. I feel like only AI could have proposed such a non-human friendly design for an app. Do better please. And who are these random ppl reviewing on Google who don't even have LHV bank in their country? wth?!

New app is really bad. Horrible design, too cluttered, info isn't clear anymore, widget doesn't work properly anymore. Previous app was really good, why fix what isn't broken?
