2024-10-22	De*****	I recently used your car wash service, but unfortunately, the washing machine did not function properly. Despite being charged, nothing happened during the wash. I requested a refund, but support informed me that it was my fault and that a refund was not possible. There was clearly an issue, as there was no water or other signs of the wash starting. While it was only 5 EUR, this experience has led to a loss of trust in your service. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer over this.
