Babooked

Babooked is a booking system for service providers: hairdressers, beauticians, masseurs and any company whose working day consists of booked appointments. The application brings the calendar, bookings and clients to the phone, so that the day can be managed even from the client's chair.

Calendar and bookings
The day and week view shows the entire team's bookings at once. Add, move or cancel a booking with a few taps. The phone will immediately notify you of a new booking.

Booking form in your colors
The client chooses the service and a suitable time themselves, without calls or messages. The booking form carries your logo and colors and only shows really free times, so that there is no double booking. The page works in Estonian, English and Russian.

Clients and reminders
The client card has a history of visits, notes and preferences. An automatic reminder via email or SMS reminds the client of the time at the right moment.

Working hours and breaks according to your rules
Set a schedule, breaks and buffer time between services. A smart schedule consolidates bookings and leaves time for rest that you have chosen yourself.

Overview and team
Bookings, turnover and occupancy by service and employee. Each team member has the access they need for their work.

Created for an Estonian service provider
Stebby interface, company data from the commercial register, invoices that meet Estonian requirements and prepayment with a bank link. Questions are answered by a human, in Estonian.

A Babooked account is required to use the application. An account can be created in the application or at app.babooked.ee. The first 14 days are free, no bank card is required.
