Spatial Vis is an educational Chrome extension designed to train engineering, pre-engineering, and STEM students in freehand sketching of 2D and 3D views. It supports technical communication skills and improves the ability to visualize shapes in three dimensions, which research shows can increase GPA and graduation rates.

The extension includes 10 unique lessons covering orthographic projections, 3D object rotations, and flat patterns. Students complete assignments by sketching their solutions and submitting these for automatic grading.
