Users view myWGU Mobile as convenient for on-the-go access but plagued by reliability problems. The most mentioned issues are MFA/login failures, email access problems, update-induced instability, course content loading failures (often forcing browser use), and overall slow/buggy performance. These blockers hinder daily use, though some appreciate the app's mobile concept when it functions.

Recent reviews

Clicking an evaluation notification doesn't open the evaluation report. Additionally, general comments from evaluators don't show up on the app; the heading exists but it shows my comments to the evaluator instead. The course completion estimate always shows 14 days. Please also add the ability to enroll in a course once approved by a mentor from the app. Lastly, on the appointment booking page, there is a bug that shows a 10:30pm availability every day.

The new UI is awful and gives less than 50% of screen space in landscape mode, and many lesson question/answer choices are cut off and the box can't be scrolled sideways in either orientation. This makes it very difficult to work through material on a phone.
