This app has changed significantly. Any sort of communication via this app is pretty much billed as an office visit now and the list of reasons for message is used as a backup for charging an office visit to insurance. Sneaky and questionable for being ethical. Hmm. Diagnosis by various doctors never tells you what part of your body the diagnosis is specifically for. Guess you have to guess? Or maybe call the doctor office to get clarification and they will then bill ins for office visit!

This app is very good when it works. However, I can't express my opinion on cafeteria or the quality of food served in these places. Today, I had a grilled cheese sandwich and french fries. The food was too much greasy and tasty funny. Because I was very hungry (fasting), I ate few bites of this meal and threw the rest away. Ten minutes later I started to have nausea which continued to the evening. I couldn't even have my dinner. I expected to have a better healthy meal in the main hospital.
