Users appreciate UB Mobile's excellent interface and find the bus tracker feature particularly useful and convenient. However, the app frequently redirects to non-mobile friendly external websites, reducing convenience. Email handling is problematic, as it forces users to manage separate accounts manually. Many users find the app unintuitive and limited since it mostly serves as a shortcut to the website rather than offering a fully integrated mobile experience.

Pros

User interface is excellent and easy to use.
Bus tracker functionality works well and is very convenient.
App consolidates multiple features onto one platform making access easier.

Cons

App often redirects to external browser rather than providing native content.
Many linked external sites are not mobile friendly, diminishing user experience.
Email integration is poor, requiring logging in and out due to account mismatches.
Overall app feels unintuitive and limited, with many features just reprovided links rather than improved interfaces.

Only possible use for it is easy access to the bus tracker instead of having to click through the site interface. That works pretty well. I guess maybe dining shortcut may be useful (I don't eat at restaurants though). Rest of it is dumb and not any more convenient than using mobile site tho.
