Users appreciate the convenience of accessing their textbooks and the availability of highlighting and note-taking features. However, consistent problems plague the app: unstable and inaccurate highlighting, frequent crashes, server connection failures, and malfunctioning search features. These issues significantly hinder usability, making study and note-taking frustrating and inefficient for many users, especially on Android devices.

Recent reviews

Clunky, crashes constantly, frustrating. Highlight feature rarely works correctly, highlighting unwanted text or text paragraphs away from the area selected. I've used e-textbooks through other platforms and never had this poor experience. The highlight and note features are more or less useless and forget about adding a note to text that you've highlighted. It would be helpful if notes could be accessed on its own landing page or integrated into flashcards. Search feature doesn't work either

So incredibly frustrating for one main reason. Every single time I swiftly scroll down the page it opens a highlighted section of text. This is very distracting and annoying. Give an option to disable this fiction or make it like the standard android or ios option where you have to hold the section of text to begin highlighting, not a quick drag up on the screen . Secondly do not see audio options like on the pc. Make highlight toggleable/option sooo annoying. I hate it.
