They simply take over my funds ... for month after month, I am pursuing my money and they don't want to give to me .. every month with a different story and a non ending circle of lies ... they don't reply to phones or chats or emails. Even when I reach the level of asking to close the account and return the money, they will just hang up the phone or ignore the chat ... I regret the day I decided to deal with them .

It's been a month now I have submitted my documents for kyc and following up on WhatsApp chat , calls , and emails. Everytime they say they forwarded to the team and they will update soon . Same this repeats but nobody takes action. Very bad customer service.
