2024-04-28	Ma*****	By far, yhe worst delivery service available Despite having higher prices than the competitors. Always out of stocks. Almost 60% of my last order was not delivered as ordered. They try to deal with problems but you feel like you are dealing with the neighborhood baqala rather than a professional establishment. I have deleted the app and will never repeat the experience

2022-11-30	Aj*****	No updates provided on websites during online purchase. After scheduling someone will call to tell you, this is not there, that is not there.. Lots of time waste in website then, need another purchse outside later. After selecting the item and quantity it will not automatically go to the previous page and item, fed up with back button and scrolling up and down..

First time I got 10 riql discount for the first time purchase too. if you compare the rates of products with local market it looks cheaper BUT we can't select the good one that is what happened with second order they sent what ever is with them irrespective of quality.. And when I reported they said extremely sorry for what they did...just like slapping on someones face and saying sorry to them... Because they don't have a quality control.. Thanks

2020-09-16	as*****	You cannot proceed the checkout page and order cannot be placed. Calling customer care won't help coz they will keep your call on hold for more than 10 mins and won't even answer. Tried for the first time and felt like never to order from this app.

2020-09-13	Ai*****	Very good service my payment option was cash on delivery because of some emergency I wasn't at home to pay and the delivery guy left the items and politely advised to make online payment of the bill. The only disappointing was I can't see the items to be delivered in the cart or in any other option.please do something to solve.or you will lose many customers like this.

They will tell u till the end that whatever you ordered u will get it even on delivery day, they will call and tell u if any item is not there,they would replace it with another brand but same item. Even when you agree,they will show up at your door and take full money. After they leave if u check many items would be.missing. pl pl everyone check in front of them match it against your order. Beware
