The entire driver journey is streamlined into a clear, step-by-step Trip Workflow:

Online/Offline Status: Drivers maintain full control over their availability. With a simple toggle button, drivers can switch their status to Online to start accepting trip requests or Offline when they need a break. This is a core feature for managing work-life balance.

Get Trip Request: When online, drivers receive real-time requests for travel and tour booking from nearby guests. The system intelligently sends requests within the driver's closest operational radius.

Bid on Fare: A key differentiating feature is the ability for drivers to bid with their own fare on incoming trip requests. Drivers can view the bids of other competing drivers, enabling a transparent marketplace. The driver secures the trip only if a guest chooses their fare from the available bids.

Guest Accepts The Trip: Once a driver's fare is chosen, the guest confirms the trip. The driver is then directed to the pickup spot to begin the service.

Arrival at Pickup Point: Drivers navigate to and arrive at the pickup point to meet the guest.

Enter Pin and Verify: Security is a top priority. Before the trip can officially begin, the driver is required to enter a unique PIN provided by the guest. This verification step ensures the driver is picking up the correct guest and adds an essential layer of safety to the trip.

Pause Trip if Needed: Flexibility is built into the service. At the guest's request, drivers can pause the trip directly from the app to accommodate necessary stops or wait times along the way.

Trip Completion and Payment Collection: Upon reaching the destination, the driver can complete the trip within the app. The system provides final trip and payment details, allowing the driver to seamlessly collect the payment from the guest.

Rate Guest: After a successful completion, drivers have the opportunity to rate the guest via the app, providing feedback and sharing their overall trip experience.
