What you see:

A ring showing your 5-hour usage (fills and turns red as you approach the limit)
A bar showing your 7-day usage
Time remaining until each limit resets

How it works: Click the icon. That's it. On first use it briefly reloads your open Claude tab to detect your account — after that it remembers and stays out of your way. The icon itself updates to reflect your current 5-hour usage so you can check at a glance without even opening the popup.
