status progression. No delivery can be marked complete
without a POD photo and recipient name. The system
prevents invalid states at the API level.

every 10 meters or 30 seconds (whichever comes first),
running reliably in the background on both iOS and
Android even when the app is closed.
• Push Notifications — Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers
instant alerts for new job assignments, order updates,
and zone activity.

multipart photo uploads to cloud storage, and
