Paid for X harpa 2 weeks ago and now get endless "Oops... Request failed. Please check if ChatGPT web session connection is up and running or switch to ⚡️️️️️️️ Cloud GPT model. ------ ERROR: ChatGPT Web Session Connection is down and temporarily unavailable. Please switch to API or CLOUD connection." I have sent a message to shift from X to S for 'megatokens' so I can at least use ChatGPT 4 but nothing has come back after 24 hours as to a refund or how I can shift without double paying. has now gone from the best AI chrome extension to worst and one i have paid over £100 for! Guys, put out some info for paying customers or a fix ASAP!

I paid for this add on. 90% of the time, you will get 💔️ Oops... An unknown error has occurred. Please upgrade to the latest version of HARPA AI from get.harpa.ai, or report this error to our support team at [email protected]. ------ ERROR: HTTP status 504 Which makes it impossible to use.

It doesn't work, the free plan is gone. This is not a serious approach, I will look for alternative solutions.
