en | First of all, Hello. So... I CAN'T PLAY THIS, Literally! I've downloaded the app, followed the guide shown in the game's website and registered with my gmail, but everytime i opened the app, it was stuck at a loading screen. i've tried leaving it there until something happened, reinstalling the app and even using the software and guide from the part of the website that appears when you start the app for the first time (which is japanese for some reason and i had to use google translate), yet it still doesn't work. So... If anyone can hear me, is there any way to make it work and if not, can you at least send a support email to cygames since the support only talks in japanese, Please?
