2024-05-07	Ro*****	1. Нельзя удалить свои карты, они остаются у них навсегда. 2. При привязке карты, автоматически снимает с неё деньги, не оповещая об этом пользователя.

2023-09-14	Io*****	Am achitat serviciul, timpul s-a pornit dar trotineta nu. Serviciul prestat este foarte rau, fara nici o responsabilitate din partea firmei care presteaza serviciile. E ca o schema de spalat banii. Nu recomand DUCK deloc. Very bad service, didn't ride at all, just payed money. This service is kind of money laundering scheme, without any legal responsibility. I don't recommend using DUCK at all.

2023-05-18	Ub*****	O experienta foarte placuta, dar extrem de costisitor! Mai bine ma plang ca ma dor picioarele mergand mai mult pe decat sa mai inchiriez vreodata o trotineta la asa tarife! Ceea ce vreau sa zic e ca, mai convenabil ar fi sa te deplasezi cu masina proprie!

Being in a green zone, for 5 minutes didn't have the possibility to close the ride, then closed for no reason. CS answered that is not their fault that I tried to end the ride not in a green zone (I specified, problem was in GREEN ZONE) 3. For this incident, paid 3 times more than other company. BIG Dislike 🙏

Personally i would say that they are rare to find and often i see them dropped not parked.Also the system of top up from start disappoints me and makes me mad because i came to try duck from bolt and instantly got charged and also it takes money to start the scooter! That's so much just to make sure i started! I will choose bolt and also giving 1 star because in comparison to them it's really bad
