RideNow Delivery Driver App

RideNow Driver is the field app for couriers delivering with RideNow. It is the tool riders use for a full shift: collect the parcels assigned to you, navigate stop to stop, prove each delivery, and account for the cash you collect.
Access requires a driver account issued by RideNow. This is not a consumer app and there is no public sign-up.
What you can do
• See your work — the dispatch batches assigned to you, the parcels loaded onto them, and every active delivery in one list, with the recipient, address and cash due on each.
• Navigate and call — open the drop-off in Google Maps or call the recipient, without copying an address by hand.
• Start a delivery — mark a parcel out for delivery and trigger the one-time code sent to the recipient.
• Prove the delivery — enter the code the recipient gives you, photograph the parcel at the door, and capture a signature on screen.
• Handle cash on delivery — confirm what you collected, track the cash in your hand, and see what is still to be remitted.
• Report a failed attempt — record why a delivery could not be completed so ops can redeliver or return it, instead of leaving the parcel stuck.
• Go online — share your live position while you are working, so dispatch can route you and the customer can see their delivery approaching.
• Track your earnings — per-delivery rates, what is unsettled, and your payout history.
• Record attendance — start and end your shift.
Built for the road
Deliveries do not happen in places with good signal. When you lose connection the app keeps working: completed deliveries, proof photos, signatures and failed-attempt reports are saved on your phone and sent automatically the moment you are back in coverage — in order, so nothing arrives out of sequence and no work is lost in a basement or a lift.
Location and permissions
Location is shared only while you switch Go online on, and stops when you switch it off or sign out. The app does not collect your location while it is closed. The camera is used only when you tap to capture proof of delivery.
