What is tabby?

"tabby" is a Chrome extension called tabby that keeps track of your tab duplicates and allows for easy closing. It alerts you when your browsing exceeds a certain number of tabs and provides a feature to close all tabs at once, except for the active and pinned ones.

This Chrome extension keeps track of your exact (same url), and soft (same hostname) tab duplicates and gives you the ability to quickly close them.

If you're feeling brave, you can also close all tabs at once, only retaining your current active tab and any pinned tabs.

The toolbar icon changes from a kitten to a pesky alert icon when your browsing is getting out of hand (in this version greater than 7 tabs), and also sounds a blowhorn.
