Virtual Camera for Google Meet and other development use / Google Meet や開発用に使える仮想カメラです。背景を画像で隠すバーチャル背景が利用できます。ほかにもシンプルなデジタル時計、動画を利用、背景をグレイで塗りつぶしたり、アプリ画面のキャプチャーも利用できます。

It is not easy to use. You need to edit extension files.
In extension manage page, remember extension ID, then find the extension in FileSystem, such as C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\dphplfdpilhebmikohheeiblilajfmin,
and copy the extension folder to anywhere, you will find readme.md which describe how to use.
Add your hostname into manifest.json, delete the original extension, then load the edited extension at development mode.
That's all, you will find a [+] on top left corner of you target website page.
Notice: not all website use navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia, so it's possible if virtual is not working as expected
