It is not easy to use. You need to edit extension files. In extension manage page, remember extension ID, then find the extension in FileSystem, such as C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\dphplfdpilhebmikohheeiblilajfmin, and copy the extension folder to anywhere, you will find readme.md which describe how to use. Add your hostname into manifest.json, delete the original extension, then load the edited extension at development mode. That's all, you will find a [+] on top left corner of you target website page. Notice: not all website use navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia, so it's possible if virtual is not working as expected
