It keeps telling me my passwords to be 8-32 characters long when dealing with the app. no matter what I do, reset the app re-download it. I can't make an account for my ortho! it appears this is a past issue that still hasn't been solves for 3 years now. disappointed

Horrible. Been using this app for 5 years and just gets worse. Used to be just slow, with intermittent image loads etc and I thought that was bad.. but.. it won't even open on a Pixel 8 Pro. Cleared cache, storage, reinstalled... does anyone even test these apps? I'm sure the orthodontists pay a fortune to use this platform. Can't believe I have to use a 5 year old phone to be able to even attempt to use my Dolphin account. #fail
