网页视频停止播放后仍然计费，没有关闭生成字幕的按钮，无法关闭的情况下一直在计费。有个按钮叫重新开始，这是中国人的语法嘛？不把现在的停了或者关闭，重新开始什么意思？同样的视频再看一遍？再计一遍费用吗？本身赚着一倍以上的差价，还这么过分！
