At least in Vivaldi (which also is Chromium based but overall better than Chrome) it works via left click on the icon, yet clicking on the two other copy options results in "undefined." However, unlike some other extns it provides an option to change the icon to light which makes it visible on dark themes, Moreover, there is no right click option even on the active tab (and the icon that you need to find to use this is invisible with a dark theme) while I was looking for an ext. that would provide a right click copy link for any inactive tabs, which option seems to be forbidden. One must access a tab to copy the link, versus in Firefox with the Copy Url to clipboard ext. But thanks anyway and grace and peace thru Jesus the Lord.

Works great, I use it to copy the url into a spreadsheet when I do my research. And it's super handy that you can remove marketing tags!
