Scenario: Copilot surfaces emails related to the contact Need: Reply to or forward that email. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reply to, forward, or otherwise interact with surfaced emails. This lack of function is the only weakness of Copilot. Otherwise, Copilot is a great time saver. |
