Does what it says, since Brave is not able to simply do it.

Does exactly what I want it to do, but it causes youtube to recommend you new videos and reset your progress in a video when you open a bookmark from it. Another thing that this does is cause the page to seem to reload after you open a bookmark from it, other than that it's great!
