とても良いです単語を保存する機能があるとうれしいです

とても素晴らしい機能なのですが、最近発音ボタンを押しても再生されなくなってしまいました。 Chromeの再起動、パソコン本体を再起動、mouse dictionaryの設定を初期化、mouse dictionaryを一度アンインストールしてやり直す、など様々なことを試してみたのですが改善されませんでした。発音再生機能がとても便利でしたので、改善法がありましたら教えていただけますと幸いです。
