Есть недостатки:
Иногда превращает цифры между двоеточиями в Emoji. На некоторых сайтах это делает нечитаемыми математические форму, тексты програмного кода и время (timecodes или время суток).
Как следствие, очень не хватает возможности отключения перевода такого :текста: в смайлы, и включить только Unicode.
