This extension replaces your chrome new tab with some really inspiring things 1) I love the mindfulness exercises it suggests. they change every time and that keeps me engaged. 2) the background images are beautiful 3) I always don't drink enough water. this extension reminds me of how much water i have consumed through the day 4) the quotes are inpiring a great way to incorporate mindfulness into your day. i believe they suggest yoga stretches too but i have not come across any yet |
