PartIndex is your private car service catalog on your phone. You save specific data—not general notes: VIN (17 characters), registration, paint code, OE and replacement part numbers, service date, and mileage in km.

WHAT YOU CAN SAVE (example fields in the app)

Vehicle: make/model, VIN, registration number, year of manufacture, photo, type (car, trailer, motorcycle, tractor/machine).

Mechanical parts: engine oil (manufacturer, viscosity 5W-30, quantity), oil/air/cabin filter, timing belt, idler pulleys, tensioner, spark plugs, glow plugs, battery (Ah, starting current), wiper blades (driver/passenger/rear length in mm).

Fluids: gearbox oil, axle oil, differential oil, brake fluid (DOT), coolant, air conditioning (refrigerant), LPG (phase filter).

Tires and rims: summer/winter size (e.g., 235/50 R20), rim, tightening torque in Nm, pressure, bolt pattern (PCD), all-season or seasonal tires.

Other: LPG (installation date, workshop, mileage, service), fire extinguishers (certification dates), paint code and corrector, your own saved parts (catalog number + OE + replacement), mechanic, tire service, and LPG service contact information in the parts list.

Date lists on the dashboard: third-party liability insurance (policy, insurance company), MOT, authorized service center, warranty, fire extinguishers – with a "needs attention" display if the due date is overdue.

PARTS LIST – HOW IT WORKS

• Tap a row to view (OE, replacement, replacement date, mileage).
• Hold to edit, share, select multiple, delete.
• Search filters by part name (FREE).
• PDF or CSV export of parts lists with VINs and numbers (PRO).
• Saved parts without VINs (VIN "---") - a separate list of universal items.
• Bulk replacement of multiple parts with a single mileage and date.

FREE VERSION (no subscription required)

• 1 vehicle in the database.
• Push reminders for insurance and MOT (by default, approximately one week before the due date).
• Adding and editing all part fields, sharing, and JSON export.
• Light/dark theme, high contrast.
• First aid - basic algorithms (CPR 30:2, AED).

PRO VERSION (Google Play subscription)

Vehicles and dashboard:
• Multiple vehicles; favorites (up to 5) and a "favorites only" filter.
• Search for vehicles by name, registration, or VIN.
• VIN decoder on addition (NHTSA API - primarily US market).

• Dashboard views: list, grid, drum, tiles.
• Search for tire services in the map app.

Parts and stores:
• OCR from camera or label image – number recognition, catalog matching, confirmation before saving.
• Search list by OE and replacement part number.
• Stores: Allegro (PL), Google, eBay + up to 3 custom URLs.
• PDF and CSV export.

Reminders (PRO version Settings tab):
• Annual: oil, filters, wiper blades, LPG service, fire extinguishers.
• Suggestions: coolant every 5 years, brake fluid every 2 years.
• Custom advance notification (e.g., 7/3/1 day).
• Seasonal tire rotation (calendar or weather forecast by postal code – no GPS).
• Reminder for specific part replacement.

Security and backups:
• App lock (password + biometrics).
• Cloud synchronization (Firebase) - email account + PRO.
• Automatic JSON backups on the device (5 / 10 / 20 most recent files).
• JSON import/export; import PDF copies of parts lists.

Other PROs: Enhanced First Aid (trauma algorithm), vibration and sound reminders.

Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Ukrainian.

DATA AND PRIVACY

Vehicle data is saved on the phone by default. Sync PRO - optional. No GPS tracking. The zip code (optional) is used only for tire replacement suggestions based on the Open-Meteo forecast. No Firebase Analytics or in-app advertising.
