UngTilUng provides young people with a safe digital community where they can get support, meet others and participate in meaningful activities. In the app, you can chat, join online groups and find new friends in a positive and inclusive environment.

We offer 1-to-1 chat counseling five days a week, where volunteer listeners are ready to support you with common challenges such as loneliness, school, work, motivation and relationships. The counseling is anonymous, free and non-professional, and we always refer you to relevant services if more specialized help is needed.

The app also includes online groups on different interests and themes. For example, you can join groups on fantasy, writing communities, creativity, gaming, everyday challenges and much more. The groups are led by volunteers who provide a friendly and safe space where everyone can join.

UngTilUng was created to give young people a place to belong, share thoughts and find support in the community. Here you can participate on your own terms, meet others who understand you, and be part of a committed network of volunteers and young people from all over the country.
