How does it work?
Security: All volunteer mentors receive training so that they can take on their role with confidence and create a safe space for mentees.
Matching: Our intelligent matching system ensures that mentor and mentee get a good and strong match that gives the best start to the process. Mentors are other students from either their own or another educational institution.
Support and follow-up: The courses are facilitated digitally with personal goals, follow-up and evaluation to ensure the best benefit from the meetings.
