Motus - Work Move Measure

Motus was developed in a collaboration between the National Research Center for Working Environment (NFA) in Denmark and SENS Innovation ApS. The app uses a SENS motion movement meter to measure your daily physical activity.

Knowledge of your physical activity is central to preventive work environment work, as researchers can use the measurements to understand when, for example, work tasks become physically demanding or when you should get up when you have very sedentary work.
