MinLøn by Silkeborg Data is a comprehensive tool designed for employees working in municipalities, regions, or states using Silkeborg Data’s payroll system. It enables tracking of work hours, absences, overtime, and mileage with live GPS or manual entries.

Key features include mileage registration with GPS tracking, calendar management for schedules and leave (vacation, illness, overtime), and an overview summary of all registrations. The Flex feature acts as an electronic time card for clocking work hours, while the MineValg option allows employees to modify tax percentages and manage vacation payouts or transfers. Managers benefit from the Approval feature to approve or reject employee entries. MinLøn ensures privacy by only requesting necessary permissions for location, media storage, and camera, supporting efficient data use and user control.
