Scan Bejds

Scan Bejds is a simple and secure order management app developed for us, who pickle and glassblower stainless steel. The app makes it easy to receive and manage orders, create job cards, record production time, document the progress of the work with photos, perform quality control and generate data for invoicing.
Main functions: order reception, creation and editing of job cards, recording working hours per job, photo documentation upon receipt/delivery, checklists for acid treatment and glassblowing, stock status of materials, export of data to accounting system (CSV/Excel), role-based access and reports on productivity and quality.
