RoundTable Danmark

Unofficial app for members of Round Table Denmark.

LOGIN REQUIRED
The app is exclusively for existing members of Round Table Denmark.
You log in with the email and password you already use for Round Table Denmark's membership system. New users cannot be created in the app, and the app does not contain any content that can be viewed without logging in. If you have two-factor enabled on your account, you will be asked for a one-time code.

HOW THE APP WORKS
After logging in, the app retrieves your data from Round Table Denmark's membership system and displays it in four tabs: Home, Meetings, Calendar and Search.

HOME - YOUR OVERVIEW
The dashboard shows your next meetings, birthdays, news from the district and new members. Tap a meeting, club or member to go directly to the next page.

MEETINGS
See upcoming and past meetings for your club and district. Open a meeting and see the date, location, meeting description, formalities and participant list. Register or unsubscribe with one tap from the meeting detail. If a report has been uploaded, you can open the PDF
directly from the same screen.

CALENDAR
All meetings together in a monthly calendar. You can subscribe to a calendar feed (ICS) so that the meetings automatically appear in your phone's own calendar.

LETTERS AND MINUTES
Read letters and minutes from your own club and from the other clubs in your district
directly in the app.

CLUBS AND DISTRICTS
Look up any club in Round Table Denmark and see the club logo, board, member list and attendance percentage. You can also see the district's clubs together.

SEARCH
Search for members and clubs throughout the country. Open a member's profile and see club, contact information and attendance.

YOUR PROFILE
See your own profile with club affiliation, attendance percentage and attendance statistics.

ABOUT THE APP
The app was developed by a member (Andreas Lyngholm, RT110 Odense) and is neither published by nor officially affiliated with Round Table Denmark. All data is retrieved from Round Table Denmark's own membership system. The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
