Features in Norlys Touchpoint Standard:

Status – indicates your and your colleagues' current availability, such as "Meeting - back at 2:00 PM"

Transfer calls – you can easily transfer a call to an available colleague either directly or by calling first before transferring

My settings – here you can, for example, choose which number you want to display when you make a call and how your contacts should be displayed in the phone book
Phone book – you can choose between displaying your colleagues, your favorite contacts or all contacts in your phone book
Answer group – distributes calls to a group of employees based on rules that can be set flexibly as needed
Menu transfer – your customers get up to 6 options for transfer to the desired function or department
