KodeBy SSH is a calm, modern SSH and SFTP client for Android. A real terminal, key login set up for you and file transfer – with no account, no ads and no tracking.

A REAL TERMINAL
- Full colours and a proper terminal emulator: htop, vim, tmux and Midnight Commander look the way they should
- Esc, Tab, arrows and Home always one tap away
- Ctrl and Alt stay pressed for the next key
- Fn row for F1–F12, Page Up and Page Down
- Pinch to zoom or set the text size

SESSIONS THAT KEEP GOING
- Sessions stay connected while you use other apps, with a notification that shows how many are open
- Run several sessions and switch between them
- Reconnect into the same window if the network drops

KEY LOGIN, SET UP FOR YOU
- Make Ed25519 or RSA keys on the phone, or import yours (OpenSSH, PEM, PKCS#8, PuTTY, with or without a passphrase)
- Set up key login: the app adds the key to your server, checks that it works and switches over
- Export a key as a standard OpenSSH file when you need it on your computer
- Or remember a password, encrypted

KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO
- The first connection shows the server's fingerprint
- If a server's identity ever changes, the app stops and warns you

FILES OVER SFTP
- Browse folders, upload and download, make folders, rename and delete
- Progress and cancel for big files

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking
- Keys and passwords are encrypted with Android's secure key store
- Optional app lock with fingerprint, face or PIN
- Backups are off, so your secrets never leave the phone
- Connects only to the servers you add
